From Conflict to Synergy, How to Help Your Patient by Influencing Consultants.
CME4Life’s “From Conflict to Synergy, How to Help Your Patient by Influencing Consultants” CME conference adapts the concepts of Disagree Agreeably: Dale Carnegie Immersion Seminar to the healthcare setting you work in. John Bielinski, Jr., PA-C, will co-present this time-tested material with a focus on acknowledging disagreements in an agreeable and professional style so that a harmonious work environment is maintained. Gain insight into your own reactions to discord, and practice expressing yourself in an acceptable way. Learn to be more tolerant of alternate viewpoints and discover six rules for disagreeing agreeably.
Change Your Life
The Dale Carnegie experience, tailored to healthcare providers, will help you learn to communicate in a non-confrontational way that creates a more united workforce. When you are willing to accept differing viewpoints and rationally explain your own, you’re much more likely to maintain mutual respect and a positive relationship. Positive relationships yield acceptance, satisfying outcomes, and increased productivity.
Reserve Your Seat
If you’re ready to practice more effectively and communicate more clearly – without the weight of conflict – reserve your seat for Conflict to Synergy, How to Help Your Patient by Influencing Consultants.
