Patient Satisfaction PI CME
This Performance Improvement CME is designed to help you become a better clinician by improving patient satisfaction and increase the amount of funding received by the healthcare system in which you practice.
Stage A : Compare your practice of Patient Satisfaction to national benchmarks, performance guidelines set forth within your practice or other evidence-based standard.
Stage B: Based on this comparison and using the guidelines of this PI-CME project, develop and implement the plan for improvement in patient satisfaction.
Stage C: Evaluate the impact of the improvement effort by comparing the results of the original data to the new results or outcomes.
3 DVDs with additional literature along with self-evaluation and assessment system.
AAPA Credit Value:
To encourage PAs to continue to pursue self-assessment activities, NCCPA will award 50% additional credit for all activities designated for self-assessment Category 1 CME credit (i.e., a self-assessment activity worth 10 credits will be converted to 15 credits by NCCPA).
Also, the first 20 PI-CME credits logged during every two-year cycle will be doubled when logged with NCCPA. Approved for 20 hours of Performance Improvement (PI CME)
This Performance Improvement CME program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of 20.00 AAPA Category 1 PI-CME credits by the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Total number of approved credits for each stage of this PI-CME program are as follows:
Stage A :5.00 AAPA Category 1 PI-CME credits
Stage B :5.00 AAPA Category 1 PI-CME credits
Stage C :5.00 AAPA Category 1 PI-CME credits
Bonus for completion of all three stages: 5.00 AAPA Category 1 PI-CME credits
Physician Assistants should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This program was planned in accordance with AAPA’s CME Standards.
