Invoices
We are glad to provide you with either an itemized or an un-itemized invoice. An itemized invoice provides a breakdown of all DVDs/eBooks included and the Gift Card. Un-itemized invoices have the CME package name and total amount paid. There is no break down of the DVDs/eBooks or Gift Card.

Check/Money Orders
Payment by check is accepted. Simply choose the “Check/Money Order” Payment Method at checkout. Make payable to CME4LIFE, LLC, and send to 2904 Hyde Park St. Sarasota, FL 34239.
Gift Cards
The Gift Cards will be emailed to you also within 2 business days once your confirmation email is received. Please make sure you check your SPAM folders.
There are NO REFUNDS on any orders that include gift cards/special promotions. Once you receive your paid invoice, your order and credit card have been processed and NO REFUNDS will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
