Kara’s passion is education and hospitality. Kara holds a bachelor’s degree in special education and worked for the school system for 20 years. She was an exceptional student teacher and more recently, she worked for the district office in a compliance position. Throughout her career she’s held many leadership and mentor roles. Kara did take a leave of absence from the schools for 8 years when she raised her 2 boys and worked at her church leading both the children ministries and preschool programs. Kara enjoys working out to Beachbody workouts, boating and has a crazy love for zebras.
