Customers are allowed 60 days from the date of the initial purchase. Customer is also responsible for any fees incurred for the shipment of the returned product and to insure the package includes full replacement value of the contents received. Refunds will be issued back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase (minus shipping and handling costs). We reserve the right to charge a $75 restocking fee on all returns.
*Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any orders that include a “Tech Add-On” items including: Gift Cards, Apple iPad, Apple Watch 2, or Microsoft Surface Pro.
At CME4LIFE, we understand that sometimes a product needs to be returned, and because of that we had to come up with a formal return policy, nobody likes formal policies, but they are a necessary part of life, so here is ours:
-Customers have 30 days from date of delivery to return product.
-It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping of returned product and insure package for full replacement value of the contents.
-Refund will be issued back to the credit card that was used to pay minus the shipping and handling.
-Returns of gift cards are not accepted. In the case that you purchased a package with a gift card and you must return it, you are responsible for sending a check to cover the cost of the gift card. Partial refunds cannot be given for the difference between the DVDs and the gift card.
-Returns that include an iPad or Surface Pro will be charged a $100 re-stocking fee. These items must remain unopened. If opened you must pay for the iPad or Surface Pro and it then becomes yours. When returning iPad or Surface Pro, they must be insured for their full replacement value.
-To eliminate any issue with non-reimburesment from your company, we have a risk free “on-hold” policy. You may place your order “on-hold” until you are sure you will be reimbursed by your company. Once you are reimbursed you may take the order off “hold” and we will ship the product. If you are not reimbursed we will simply refund the full amount of your purchase.
-An order that is placed “on-hold” will remain on hold for 4 months. After 4 months the DVDs will be shipped to. If your order includes an iPad or Surface Pro, it will be shipped to you as well and our normal return policy will be in effect. If your order includes a gift card and is on hold an official letter will be sent requesting contact so we can fulfill the gift card order. If no response is submitted to CME4LIFE within 1 year of original order date, the gift card value will be forfeited.

-CME4LIFE reserves the right to charge a “cancellation fee” for large orders that are placed on hold and canceled. This fee will be equal to the merchant processing fee charged by CME4LIFE’s merchant processor.
CME4LIFE Conference Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received 30 or more days in advance of the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee paid. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the conference start date but prior to the conference start date will receive credit towards a future CME4LIFE conference of their choice. For cancellations received on or after the conference start date, the registration fees paid will be credited toward a future CME4LIFE conference at a rate of 50%.
