CME4Life partners with PA programs to deliver the PANCE Precision Board Review — on your campus or live over Zoom — wrapped in a 6-month learning platform your students use before and after. Faculty earn AAPA Category 1 CME.
We work directly with program directors to fit your cohort size, timeline, and budget. Here's what every partnership includes.
A 3-day or 4-day intensive — about 30 hours of Active Engagement Learning® — taught on your campus or live over Zoom by CME4Life faculty.
Every student gets 6 months of access to our learning management system to ramp up before the review and reinforce after — the 10-Week Ramp Up, video library, mnemonics, and a readiness exam.
CME4Life is endorsed by the AAPA to award Category 1 CME — your attending faculty can claim credit while observing techniques they can bring back to the classroom.
PANCE Precision is what sets us apart. The PANCE draws from roughly 1,800 questions, and when students fail, they receive a printout of about 40 topic types they missed. CME4Life has collected that data for a decade — so every item in the Precision 5.0 Study Guide comes from a real missed question.
Students who learn it thoroughly consistently improve their scores by 100+ points. People who'd failed two, three, even six times have learned this system and passed.
A data-driven, active-recall playbook built from real exam results. Every time a student misses the mark on boards, we study their official performance report and infuse those weak-area patterns directly into the guide — a continuous feedback loop behind those 100+ point improvements on retakes.
Developed by John Bielinski, Jr., MS, PA-C, the guide distills the most commonly missed concepts across the PANCE blueprint — fail-report informed, not generic.
| Problem / System | Task | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| A-fib | Most likely Dx | ECG: irregularly irregular rhythm, no discrete P waves |
| A-fib | Meds | Rate control + anticoagulation guided by CHA2DS2-VASc |
| ACS | Tests | 12-lead ECG + serial troponins |
| COPD | Meds | Inhaled bronchodilators (LABA/LAMA) ± inhaled corticosteroid |
| CHF | H&P | Dyspnea, orthopnea, peripheral edema; elevated BNP |
Read the Problem + Task (e.g., “A-fib — most likely diagnosis”) and say or write the answer before revealing it.
Run one system at a time and cycle the task categories — H&P → Dx → Tests → Meds → Intervention → Prevention — to build clinical reasoning.
Turn a row into a one-line case (“irregularly irregular rhythm, narrow complex… what next?”) then check the Answer.
Mark misses and re-test them later; combine with mnemonics and flashcards for reinforcement.
Students start in the LMS: the Precision 5.0 Study Guide, Precision Gems (206 commonly missed topics), strategy videos, mnemonics, and Quizlet flashcards.
One body system per week — watch the video, work the slides and study guide, then take the Precision test. 800+ practice questions across all 10 systems.
An intensive, interactive Active Engagement Learning® review on campus or via Zoom — including POP: Psychology of a PANCE Writer with Tina Butler.
50+ hours of PANCE video library across every topic, 17 prep-video mnemonics for the hardest-to-retain content, and 21 sessions of live Q&A with John — review weak areas anytime.
A 139-question comprehensive Precision exam gives students and faculty a clear, honest picture of readiness before test day.
A Guinness World Record holder for the longest medical lecture, ForbesBooks author, and Inc. 5000 CEO of a veteran-owned company. John has taught PA board review for 20+ years and helped more than 32,000 clinicians pass the PANCE and PANRE — building Active Engagement Learning® from the same pattern-recognition skills he used running a rural ED and serving in the Marine Corps.
Most board reviews sit an instructor in front of a deck and have them read it to you. That's not what we do. We talk — we pull students into the material and get their minds working, because that's how it actually sticks.
I hear the same thing at the end of every review: “Wow — that didn't feel like a 10-hour day.” That's the whole point. When students stay engaged, the hours fly — and they walk out pumped up and ready to crush their boards.
The reviews speak for themselves.
A look at how John runs a live cohort, plus PAs who used the system and passed.
I passed the PANCE the second time with John's videos and the Precision as my only study resources. I increased my score by 140 points — 1000% recommend!
✓ +140 pointsI highly encourage any PA getting ready to take the PANRE to use CME4Life. John makes things incredibly easy to recall.
After failing the PANCE twice, John gave me hope and the guidance I needed to finally succeed.
✓ Passed on retakeComplete the curriculum and don't pass the PANCE? CME4Life places that student in a dedicated study cohort and keeps supporting them at zero additional cost — until they pass. No exceptions. No fine print.
We learn your cohort size, timeline, and which students are most at risk.
We build the right fit — 3-day or 4-day, in-person or virtual — to your timeline and budget.
CME4Life faculty teach ~30 hours of Active Engagement Learning® on campus or over Zoom. We handle speaker travel.
Students use our learning management system for 6 months and finish with the 139-question readiness exam before test day.
Tell us about your cohort and we'll build a proposal around your size, timeline, and budget — usually within a couple of business days.
Join the PA programs that trust CME4Life to deliver Precision board review — and back it with a 100% pass guarantee.
