Expert PAs and educators who turn complex topics into simple, memorable lessons.
I am a recent Physician Assistant graduate who successfully passed the PANCE in June 2025. My journey to certification wasn’t without challenges—I initially struggled to pass the exam. After two unsuccessful attempts, I discovered CME4Life and embraced the Precision Method, which completely transformed my approach to studying. On my third attempt, I passed with a high score.
Having experienced both the challenges and triumphs of this process, I’m passionate about helping other PA students overcome obstacles and achieve their own success on the PANCE.
Outside of tutoring, I’m pursuing opportunities to work as a Hospitalist or Emergency Medicine PA. I live in the Greater Seattle area, where I enjoy spending time with my husband and children.

I’m a hospitalist with a passion for mentoring and education, especially when it comes to supporting students who have previously struggled with the PANCE. For over a year, I’ve been tutoring students who didn’t pass on their first try, helping more than 20 future PAs achieve success in passing the PANCE on their second, third, fourth, or even fifth attempt.
Outside of work and tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my husband, doing Pilates or relaxing with a good cup of matcha.

My name is Madison Pierski Kerby. I am from a small town in TN. I went to PA school at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. I also completed my undergraduate degree there and played for the soccer team! I graduated PA school in June and will be starting my first job in the ER in November!

I’m originally from Potomac, Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C., and earned my undergraduate degrees in Public Health Science and Psychology from the University of Maryland. I completed my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, with an elective in neurosurgery.
Before PA school, I worked as a medical assistant in urgent care and pediatrics, as a scribe in integrative primary care, and as a research assistant studying the spread of acute respiratory infections.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, trail running and going to concerts. I’m passionate about helping people optimize their health so they can feel confident, energized, and fully present for their families and communities. I’m currently applying for PA positions and am excited to begin practicing medicine soon.
